2 deep dish frozen pie crusts
1 lb. hot ground sausage
8 eggs, beaten
1 ½ c. milk
4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Fry the sausage. Drain off any fat and oil. Split sausage between the 2 pie crusts. Add a handful of shredded cheddar cheese to each pie. Combine the eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Add half the mixture to each pie crust. Top each pie with remaining cheese. Bake 30-45 minutes or until cooked through.
