about 50 banana peppers
1 qt. white vinegar
1 qt. yellow mustard
3 t. salt
3 C sugar
1 C flour
1 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut top off of peppers and remove seeds. (wear gloves if using hot peppers), Grind peppers and drain juice.

Add peppers, mustard, vinegar, sugar and salt to a pot and bring to a boil. Mix water & flour to make a paste. Add paste to pepper mixture and stir so it doesn't get lumpy.

Cook for 10 minutes then put into scalded hot jars.
