1 head of cauliflower
2 can chicken broth
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, grated
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 t thyme
1/2 t basil
1/4 t rosemary
1 quart condensed milk
1 cube butter
2/3 c flour
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut out center and greenery from head of cauliflower.

Steam head of cauliflower in a little water until tender.

Add broth, onion, carrots, and seasonings to cauliflower and boil until onion is tender.

Blend mixture until smooth.

Mix flour into milk and add it and the remaining ingredients to the soup mixture.

Cook until butter is melted and soup is thickened.
