5 lb. brisket
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion salt
2 oz. liquid smoke
1 oz. Worcester sauce
1 C. prepared BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together celery salt, garlic powder, and onion salt.
Season both sides of the brisket.
Place meat in a foil-lined baking pan.
Pour liquid smoke and Worcester sauce over meat, making sure it reaches both sides of meat.
Crimp foil tightly and refrigerate/marinate overnight.

Bring meat to room temperature (approx. 30 minutes).
Bake at 275º for 5 hours.
Remove foil and pout BBQ sauce over meat.
Bake for an additional hour with foil open.
Cool and slice into thin pieces.
