2 c cut asparagus
4 T butter
3 T flour
1 c milk
½ T salt
¼ lb cheese, cut into cubes
¼ t garlic salt
⅓ c chopped celery
1 T chopped pimento
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ can water chestnuts, sliced
2 or 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Buttered crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Make sauce with butter, flour, milk, salt, cheese, and garlic salt
Layer asparagus, celery, pimento, water chestnuts, and eggs
Mix cheese sauce and soup
Pour over top, and toss lightly
Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top
Bake at 350˚F for 30 minutes
