8 slices of bread (preferably crusty French bread)
2 C. grated cheese
1 1/2 lbs. diced ham or sausage
6-7 eggs
2 1/2 C. milk
3/4 tsp. yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan.
Place bread slices flat on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle (pre-cooked) meat of choice over bread.
Beat together eggs, 2 1/2 C. milk, mustard, and salt.
Pour over meant and bread.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

In morning preheat oven to 300º.
Top with mixture of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 C. milk.
Baked uncovered at 300 for 1 1/2 hour.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
