1 (30 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In crockpot, combine potatoes, broth, soup, onion and pepper.
Cover. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Add cream cheese and cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until cream cheese is melted.
Top with cheese, bacon, and green onions if desired.
