Squash
½ c onion
1 c cheddar
2 eggs, beaten
¼ c margarine, melted
¾ c milk
Ritz crackers, dots of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Put squash and onion in large skillet with water. Steam 5 min, or until squash is tender. Drain and place in bowl.
In separate bowl, mix eggs with milk. Add squash. Stir in ¼ c melted margarine. Season with salt and pepper. Add cheddar. Pour into greased 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with crushed Ritz and dots of magazine.
Bake at 400˚F degrees for 25 minutes.
