3 cups sliced peaches
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp lemon zest
1 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tblsp brown sugar, packed

Directions:

Preheat over to 375º.
Combine peaches 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg, cinnamon and lemon zest.
Mix together Bisquick, milk, butter and brown sugar. Add mixture to baking pan. Pour fruit on top of the Bisquick mixture, do not stir.
Bake for 45-60 minutes. Serve warm or cold, with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
