1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
8-oz sour cream
1 egg
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick of butter, thinly sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350˚F
Mix corn, sour cream, egg and muffin mix in a large bowl
Spread corn mixture into a 9X13 casserole dish
Distribute slices of butter onto casserole
Bake for 1 hour, or until set
