1 cup mild white cheese, grated
1 cup cooked chicken dark meat shredded
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
to taste salt & pepper

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Keep refrigerated until you are ready to stuff the empanadas.
Fill each empanada with about 1 tablespoon of this mixture. Fold and seal. (Diagram)
