6 cups torn romaine lettuce
1 can black beans, rinsed, drained
1 cup frozen (or fresh) corn, thawed
3/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, jack or Mexican style)
1/4 cup Ranch dressing or sour cream (optional - I serve on the side)
grilled chicken strips
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange lettuce in bottom of serving bowl (looks nice in glass bowl).
Layer beans, corn, salsa, chicken strips and cheese evenly over top.
Drizzle with dressing if desired; sprinkle with chips. Serve chips on the side.
