2 C. Sugar
2 C. Self-Rising Flour
1 Stick Oleo
1/2 C. Sweet Milk
1 C. Water
1/2 c. Shortening (Crisco or Wesson)
3 Tbsp. Cocoa
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla

Icing:
1 Stick Butter (oleo)
6 Tbsp. Buttermilk
5 Tbsp. Cocoa
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 C. pecans (optional)
1 Box Powdered Sugar

Directions:

Cake:
Mix flour and sugar in mixing bowl. Add together in a pan, oleo, water, shortening and cocoa and bring to boil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture. Beat together eggs, milk and vanilla, add to mixture.
Pour into greased sheet pan and back at 350º until done (about 30 minutes). Let cool.

Icing:
Bring to light boil in saucepan butter, buttermilk and cocoa. Add vanilla, pecans (optional) and powdered sugar. Spread on cake while still warm. Icing will thicken as it cools.
