1 stick margarine
1 c graham cracker crumbs
½ c chopped pecans
1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese
1 c cool whip and extra for garnish
1 ½ c confectioners sugar
2 small packages coconut instant pudding
3 c milk

Directions:
Cream together the first three ingredients. Pat into a 9x13 pan. Mix together the cream cheese, cool whip and confectioners sugar. Sprinkle with coconut. Mix instant pudding and milk. Use cool whip for garnish, and sprinkle with coconut.
