1 ½ 16-oz. package frozen hash browns, thawed
1 stick melted margarine
½ c chopped onion
1 can cream chicken soup
1 ¼ t salt
1 pint sour cream
½ t pepper
10-oz. package grated cheese

Directions:
Place frozen potatoes in greased casserole dish. Melt other ingredients together. Pour over potatoes. Bake, covered, at 300˚F for 1 hour. Uncover and brown.
