1 Cumberland Gap/Fischer’s Whole Boneless Ham
½ c Brown Sugar
½ c Honey Mustard
½ c Honey
1 t Ground Ginger
Pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Remove ham from plastic and wax paper
Wrap well in heavy duty aluminum foil
Bake at 300˚F for 4 hours
Take out of oven, unwrap, and let cool for 15 minutes
Peel skin from ham
Combine the remaining ingredients, except for the pineapple juice, to make glaze
Baste ham in glaze
Pour the pineapple juice into the bottom of the pan
Cook for another 30 minutes, spooning glaze over ham every 10 minutes, or so until glaze is caramelized
