3/4 c. buttermilk (use the powdered kind reconstituted)
1 tsp. soda
4 T. butter or margarine
2 tsp. corn syrup-light

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and stir all ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to full boil. Boil for 5 min. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Pour over hot carrot cake or use to glaze other items.
