6 lg. onions
4 green peppers
1 c. celery or more if you like
48 tomatoes- peeled and cut up.
2 c. vinegar-(white)
3 c. sugar
3 T. salt
1 T. celery salt
1 T nutmeg
1/2 T. allspice
1/4 T. cloves
pinch of Cayan pepper

Peel and cut up tomatoes. Cook just enough to soften, and then drain tomatoes in strainer after cooking. Drain off white water. Grind rest of vegetables. Combine with vinegar and tomatoes in large kettle. Boil all together for 1/2 hour. Fill pint bottles and water bath for 25 minutes at full boil.
