1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs (3 or 4 graham crackers)
1/4 c.chopped pecans
12 Rhodes anytime cinnamon rolls (thawed but cold)
2 granny smith apples, peeled and diced
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 pkts. cream cheese icing (included with rolls)
1/3 c. caramel topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each roll into quarters and arrange in bottom of 12" Dutch oven lined with foil or sprayed with non-stick spray. Mix apples, brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon and graham crackers and spread evenly over rolls. Cover with lid and bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. (Temperature control for Dutch oven using briquettes is: 8 on bottom, 16 on top for 25-30 min.)

For icing, combine cream cheese frosting and caramel topping and drizzle over pie while still warm.
