1- 16 oz. tub sour cream (2 cups)
1- cup mayonnaise (NOT Miracle Whip)*
1- envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1- small can tiny or broken shrimp, rinsed, drained and mashed up
2- cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, and dressing mix, stirring well. Add shrimp mixing to blend evenly throughout the sour cream mixture. Now add the cheddar cheese, blend evenly throughout the mixture. Chill at least 2 hours allowing flavors to develop. I make mine at night for use the next day. Serve with your favorite veggies and crackers. Makes 4 to 4 1/2 cups.


*miracle whip or salad dressing leaves a bitter taste
