3 bunches parsley
6-8 tomatoes
1/2 cup bulghar (cracked wheat)
1/2 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup olive oil/canola oil
1 Tbsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1/2 cup bulghar in a 1 cup measuring cup. Add water to top.
(Water will soften the bulghar.)
Chop parsley into tiny pieces.
Chop tomatoes into tiny pieces.
Put parsley, tomatoes, oil, lemon juice, salt and soaked bulghar in a large bowl. Mix well.

We first encountered tabouli at a middle-eastern restaurant next to Bilbo's on WMU's campus. We were hooked and made our own ever since!!!
