Strawberry Salsa:
1 pint fresh strawberries
1 pint fresh raspberries
1 Granny Smith apple
2 T granulated sugar
1 T brown sugar
2 T preserves, any flavor


Cinnamon Chips
10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Oil to deep-fry
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Strawberry Salsa:
Cut fruit into small pieces. Add sugars and preserves. Mix well. Let sit while you prepare Cinnamon Chips.

Cinnamon Chips:
In medium bowl mix sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Cut tortillas into chip-sized wedges. Fry in hot oil until edges are light golden brown. Carefully remove from oil and let cool on paper towel. Roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
