2 large heads Cauliflower
1 gallon green Tomatoes
6 large Onions
6 green Peppers
6 Cucumbers
Salt
2 cups Vinegar
2 Cups Sugar
1 tsp. Cloves
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Mace
1 tsp. Allspice

Directions:
Separate cauliflower in small florettes. Place in salt water. Let stand 1 hour, Drain. Wash and chop tomatoes, onions, peppers, and cucumbers. Place a layer of the vegetables in large bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Repeat until all the vegetables have been used; the last layer must be salt. Cover. Let stand 24 hours. Squeeze as dry as possible. Combine vinegar, sugar, and spices. Boil 5 minutes. Pour over vegetables. Stir until well blended. Let stand 4 hours. Heat to boiling. Simmer 30 minutes. Pack in hot sterilized jars. Seal
