Cake:
1 Egg and white of another (save yolk for frosting)
1 1/2 c. Sugar
2 c. Flour
2 1/2 c. Crushed Pineapple with Juice
1 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt

Frosting:
1 Egg Yolk
1/2 c. Margarine
2/3 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Evaporated Milk

Cake:
Mix all ingredients. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350º for 40 minutes. Frost hot cake.

Frosting:
Mix ingredients and boil 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over hot cake. (Start making frosting approximately 15 minutes before cake is done.)
