4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Flour
4 cups Chicken broth
Salt to taste

Beat eggs, flour, cheese and a little of the broth together.

Heat remaining broth and when almost boiling, pour in the egg mixture, stirring constantly with a fork.

Bring soup to a boil and serve.
