½ lb Salami, cut in thick cubes
½ lb Pepperoni, cut in thick cubes
½ lb Ham, cut in thick cubes
½ lb Provolone or Mozzarella, cut in thick cubes
6 eggs
1 frozen Pillsbury pie crust (rolled crust)

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost crust.

Grease 8x8 inch glass dish or pan, cut pie crust to fit the bottom of the dish. Reserve the remaining crust for lattice.

Beat eggs and combine all remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Arrange the remaining pie crust in lattice over top.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes until egg is firm and crust is brown. Cut into squares.

NOTE: You can use an egg wash to make the crust brown during baking.

I changed Mom's recipe alittle because I like more meat! She added parmesan cheese also - because she liked cheese!
