1-1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes
9 cloves garlic
bunch basil
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. olive oil
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 sheets puff pastry
1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Thaw pastry. Allow to sit at room temperature about 15 minutes. Dust with flour and roll a bit.

Process remaining ingredients in food processor. Spread on pastry. Roll up. Slice fairly thin. Place on parchment covered baking sheets.

Mix egg and water. Brush on top of pastries. Bake 6 minutes; flip and bake 5 more minutes.
