6 medium potatoes
½ cup butter melted
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
½ cup chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste
2 T butter
parsley or paprika for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes for 8 minutes. Then finely dice. Combine potatoes, ½ cup butter, cheese, sour cream, onions, salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole. Cot with butter. Bake for 25 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley or paprika.
