1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/3 c. onion
3/4 c. breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1.5 tsp. salt
1/5 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk


1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all meatball ingredients. Form into balls the size of walnuts. Brown.

Combine gravy ingredients. Add meatballs till cooked through, about 20 minutes.

Serve over rice or noodles, or with red potatoes; or just poke with toothpicks and use as appetizers.
