4-5 salmon filets
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can chick peas
cilantro
6-8 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 red pepper sliced
salt and pepper
vegetable oil
1 jalapeno chopped for heat (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Take deep dish pan; oil the bottom. Saute garlic and jalapeno until a little brown (using most of the garlic, but leaving some on the side). Then pour whole can of chick peas with juice on bottom of pan. Lay on some cilantro and paprika, then lay the fish (skin side down). Cover with tomato sauce, sprinkle paprika on top along with chopped cilantro, the reserved garlic, and sliced red pepper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 25 minutes on a medium flame.
