2 eggs
1 can corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Beat eggs well and add melted butter. Add corn and creamed corn - mixing well after each addition. Add sour cream. Add corn bread mix and stir until mix is well incorporated. Pour into buttered pan; cover and bake @350º. Remove cover and bake another 30 minutes or until center is set and top is lightly browned.
