280 g flour (2 cups)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 pinch salt
650 ml milk (2/3 cup)
2 Tbsp. vegetable

Beat the eggs with sugar and salt, then add 300 ml of milk. Bet together. Then add flour and mix. Add the rest of the milk and add the oil. Mix well until everything is dissolved. Allow the better to sit for a few minutes. The batter will be thin and water.

Heat a nonstick pan and lightly grease with oil. When the pan is hot, ladle a thin layer of the batter into the pan. Cook for about a1 to 1.5 min on each side or until golden.

Optional: spread each layer with a thin layer of melted butter.
