1 can of chick peas
salt and pepper
half a lemon
garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Tahina oil (top portion of Tahina when bought in can or container)
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain chick peas, put into food processor with salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste. Add juice from half a lemon (watch for seeds) and Tahina oil. Process, slowly adding olive oil until you get a smooth consistency. Place in serving dish and make grooves with spoon and sprinkle a little olive oil in grooves. Sprinkle with paprika and even some zatar if you have some. (I like to place an olive in the middle.)
