4 c. Bisquick
1 c. sour cream
1 c. 7 UP
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:

1. Mix Bisquick, sour cream, and 7 UP together in a bowl until combined.
2. Kneed dough onto a floured cutting board. Roll or pat out until until desired thickness. (I do about 1/4 thick.
3. Cut out biscuits with your desired cookie cutter shape and size.
4. Melt butter and pour onto a 13x9 or larger jelly roll pan.
5. Place dough on top of butter. Cook biscuits in 425º oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

The flour mixture is not from scratch, but this recipe produces some yummy biscuits! I bake these when I have to bring morning treats to school, or when we have family over. The recipe makes a lot, and I don't want them to be around for a long time, because I will eat them.
