1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in order given. Add dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Bake in 375*F oven for about 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in centre comes out clean. Wrap in foil after loaf has cooled and try to store at least 24 hours for the bread to ripen.
