Ingredients: 1 box lasagna noodles 1 pkt ground meat (chicken or beef) 1 large onion, diced 2 jars tomato sauce, XXXml 1 large brick mozzarella cheese, shredded Pepper and Salt to taste Ground nutmeg (optional)
White Sauce: 2 c milk 2 tbsp all purpose flour 2 tbsp water

Directions:In a large skillet on medium to high heat, add the onion and ground meat. Add the pepper and salt to taste. Cook until brown. Add the tomato sauce and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Over medium heat, warm milk in a small sauce pan. In a bowl add the flour and water and stir into a paste. Pour slowly over into the tomato sauce while stirring constantly to avoid lumps from forming.
Cook pasta until desired texture.
Coat surface of baking dish with cooking oil spray. Layer meat tomato sauce, cheese and lasagna noodles. Repeat until baking dish is full or until desired depth. Optional: Sprinkle top layer with nutmeg.
Tip: Rotate direction of noodles with each layer. |
