1/2 c olive oil
1 Qt. Blue Plate Mayonnaise
2 T. hot sauce
1 T worcestershire sauce
2 T lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 T Grey Poupon mustard
For Salad:
2 cups finely chopped onions
2 dz. boiled eggs chopped2 c. dill pickles chopped
2 c. black olives drained and chopped
2-3 lbs. cooked shrimp coarsely chopped
2 lbs small elbow macaroni

Beat olive oil and mayo together. Add Hot sauce, lemon juice, worcestershire, salt and mustard. Mix thoroughly, then add remaining salad ingredients. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.

This is a large serving for parties. Of course it can be cut down, but perfect for outdoor get-togethers and holiday events for a crowd. I suggest fresh shrimp rather than frozen due to high water content in frozen and it can change the consistency of the dish.
