-5 lbs of Ground Hamburger
-3 tbsp of chili powder
-1/2 jalapeno peper dried
-1 tsp celery seed
-salt to taste
-1 tsp white pepper
-1 tbsp of Accent seasoning (MSG)
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 cup ketchup
-2 tbsp Kikkomnen sauce
-1 small can of tomato paste

-In a deep pot brown all the meet with the soy sauce...drain out any grease
-Add all the ingredients except the tomato paste, stirring over medium heat stirring constantly for 1/2 hour
-Go kiss your assistant
-Add hot sauce or other 1/2 of jalepeno pepper if desired
-Now look at it... if thick add a little water or beer... if thin add the tomato paste, bring to a boil
-Now either eat it, or let it cool and freeze for later
The chili sauce is added to a hot dog already in a bun and then topped with chopped raw or cooked onions, then mustard
