5 cups water
2 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup kosher salt
1 pinch alum
dill seed
garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the water, vinegar, salt and alum to a boil. Place sliced peppers in cleaned and sanitized pickling jars, Sprinkle the dill seed and garlic over the peppers and then pour the boiled brine into the glass jars until the peppers are fully submerged. Seal the tops.
