1 (2lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, melted
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup (I use low fat type)
1 8 oz. container of lt. sour cream
1/4. c. chopped onion or equivalent amount of dried minced onion
2 c. crushed Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine thawed potatoes with butter, season with salt and pepper. Stir in cheese, soup, sour cream, and onion in bowl. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 min. Cover when/if Corn Flake crumbs start to turn brown.
