1 cup coarsely grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. lemon zest
2 tbsp. fresh basil leaves, chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle coarsely grated cheese into a two inch diameter circle - not too terribly thick.

Bake for approximately 8 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow to cool, or carefully remove and quickly place each crisp over a rolling pin to shape into curves.

Repeat with remaining cheese.
