2 c. mac noodles (+ 2 TBS oil & 2 TBS kosher salt in the water), Boil to al dente
1 1/2 c. canned milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter (melted)
1/2 tsp black pepper
16 oz cheddar cheese + 4oz for topping

Mix together milk, butter, eggs, & pepper. Add in cheese & noodles, mix. Spray 8x8 pan with non stick spray, pour in mixture. Top with extra cheese and dust with paprika (smoked paprika is also good). Bake at 350 till golden, about 30 mins.

The original recipe uses cheddar cheese, which is great, but you can use any kind or mixture of cheeses. A favorite around our house is adding cooked chicken chuncks (about 1 lb.), cooked bacon crumbles (about 1/2 lb.) and using smoked gouda cheese.
