1 stick of butter
2 chopped onions
2 cups of chopped celery
1 skillet of corn bread
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon of sage
1/2 teaspoon of red or black pepper
2 beaten eggs
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2 cups of chicken or turkey

Directions:
In a large bowl mix butter, onion, celery and corn bread. In another bowl combine seasonings, eggs, and soup. Pour the liquid mixture over the bread mixture to make the dressing and mix well. Spray the crockpot inside with oil. Layer by putting half the dressing mixture, then the chicken, then the other half of the dressing. Cook 45 minutes with the crockpot on HIGH, then cook 4 hours with the crockpot on LOW.
