2 eggs per person being fed
Bacon, cut into pieces and cooked well
Sausage, cut up and cooked
Ham, cut up and cooked
Any other breakfast meat you may want to add
Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)
Butter
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook breakfast meats until crispy in a cast iron or non-stick fry pan. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.

Break eggs and fork scramble with milk. Clean pan and melt butter. Add eggs to melted butter in pan and as they start to solidify, add meats back and shredded cheese (optional) to semi soft eggs and cook until desired consistency.

Great for crowds, with buttered Italian bread!! Before Sunday dinner, Grandma used to make this for Uncle Joe and Uncle Nicky and whoever showed up on her doorstep......it was the meal before the meal!!!!
