DRY INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup arrowroot starch
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt

WET INGREDIENTS:
4 very ripe bananas
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut milk

ADD-IN
1 cup chocolate chips

TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
2 TBSP coconut sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 TBSP almond flour

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. In a small bowl, combines the almond flour, coconut flour, arrow starch root, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt.

3. In a large bowl, blend the bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, and coconut milk with a hand mixer until the bananas are fully mash and the ingredients are well combined.

4. Add the dry ingredients to the large bowl, and blend until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

5. Sir in the chocolate chips.

6. Grease a loaf pan. Pour the batter into the greased pan.

7. In a small bowl combines the toping ingredients and mix well with a spoon. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the batter.

8. Bake loaf for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

9. Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cook for 10 minutes in the pan on a wire rack.

10. Turn the loaf out onto the wire rack to finish cooling.

11. Slice the loaf and serve or store in an airtight container.

12. To store the loaf in the freezer, place the small squares of wax paper between the slices. Place the slices in a freezer-safe zip-top back and freeze until needed.

13. Simply thaw a slice at time (or whole loaf) in the refrigerator and enjoy.
