2 C powdered sugar
3 C evaporated milk
1/2 C butter
1 T corn syrup
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips (I prefer Ghirardelli)
Dash kosher salt
1 tsp Mexican vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except vanilla. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and cook 8 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Serve warm over ice cream or dessert. Cover and store in refrigerator.

Makes 2 1/2 C.

NOTE: triple batch makes 6 12-oz jelly jars full plus a little extra to eat yourself.
