1 large cabbage, shredded
1 large can sauerkraut, squeezed & drained
2 ham hocks OR ham bone
1 apple, peeled & chopped
2 tbsp. honey
1 pkg. MBT beef broth (bouillon)
1 cup warm water
Splash of apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage, drain and squeeze out sauerkraut. Dissolve beef broth in warm water.

Brown ham hock in a large pot. Add cabbage, sauerkraut, apple, honey, and beef broth. Mix well and cover; cook one hour over low heat, stirring often. If you like tangy kapusta, add a little apple cider vinegar to adjust taste.
