Chicken stock, OR College Inn chicken broth
Bottled lemon juice

Arrange chicken pieces, skin side down, in a shallow pan sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika and dried parsley.

Fill an 8 oz. ¾ full of broth, ¼ bottled lemon juice. Pour around chicken. Bake at 450° until chicken is brown. Turn skin side up, sprinkle again with garlic powder, paprika and parsley. Repeat with a second 8 oz. glass ¾ full of broth, ¼ bottled lemon juice, poured around the chicken. Roast until brown and crispy, total cooking time about 1½ hours. Remove excess fat from pan juices and serve as gravy.
