1 lb. Ronzoni ziti, cooked 6 minutes only in salted water

1 lb. mozzarella, diced or shredded
Basic meatless sauce
Grated Italian cheese
Chopped meat, or 5-6 meatballs, optional

Directions:
In a large bowl or pot, loosen ricotta with a few ladles of sauce, add ½ the diced mozzarella and ½ cup grated cheese. (At this point, you may add browned chopped meat or mashed meatballs to the mixture, if desired). Add the cooked ziti and mix thoroughly so that all the pasta is coated.

In a disposable baking pan, add a little sauce so that bottom is lightly coated. Add the ziti-cheese mixture all at once to the pan and smooth the top. Top generously with plenty of sauce, the rest of the mozzarella and some grated cheese. Bake in a 375° oven for 40 minutes or until top starts to brown. Allow to stand about 15 minutes before serving with additional sauce.
