2 1/2-3 lbs. tenderized round steak in pieces
Salt & pepper
1 medium chopped onion
Ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, add onions & water, simmer with cover on for 45-60 minutes

Put in 1/4 cup of ketchup, add carrots & continue cooking for 20 min

Add cubed potatoes & cook until tender
